1. Service Description

Merlin is a digital astrology birth chart calculator and visualization tool. It uses Swiss Ephemeris for planetary positions, houses, aspects, and interactive wheel charts. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Results are for entertainment and educational purposes.

2. Payment & Access

Merlin currently offers two plans: a monthly subscription ($9.99/month, with a 7-day free trial) and a one-time lifetime access option ($50 USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment, access is linked to your account/email. Cancellation and refund terms, where applicable, are shown at checkout and are governed by applicable law.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate birth data for chart generation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share access or use the Service for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and calculations are owned by Voxi Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Astrology interpretations are not scientific or medical advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
